One of our simplest, most economical systems. The Intelligas 100 CS has two on board current sensors (extract fan and supply fan). They are used as an alternative interlocking method to air differential pressure switches.

The 100 S system has been designed for use with air differential pressure switches. The 100 CS system has 2 on board current sensors as an alternative interlock method to air differential pressure switches. The 100 CS system is a perfect unit to have on a service van. It can replace units that are using current sensors but also has terminals to connect air differential pressure switches.
The 100 CS system has been designed with internal fan current sensors. With the advent of IGE/UP/19, these are now widely accepted as an alternative method of interlocking kitchen ventilation fans. This style of system completely overcomes the problems of air pressure switch flutter and nuisance tripping due to blocked or failed air switches.
This gas interlock system has both the onboard current sensors and switched inputs. These can be used for additional, external current sensors for larger systems with more than one or two fans (fcs-2).
