Intelligas KVM-SF
Our all in commercial kitchen gas safety system. an all round controller for all applications and also suitable for solid fuel applications
The Intelligas KVM-SF is a fully integrated controller capable of directly driving single phase fans up to 8 amps, it also provides a built in current sensing interlock to monitor those fan outputs. The system has an input for a CO2 sensor which can vary the fan speeds to ensure the working environment is kept safe. If the Co2 level continues to rise then the system can isolate the gas to ensure staff safety.
If 3 phase fans are being used then the system also has signal outputs to drive invertors. Air pressure switches or remote current sensors can be installed and wired into the spare inputs in the panel. The Intelligas KVM-SF is a comprehensive controller that is also capable of satisfying installations where solid fuel appliances are installed

The Intelligas KVM-SF control panel is a fully integrated Kitchen controller.
It has inputs for CO2 and CO detection as well as onboard speed controller to drive single phase supply and extract fans directly (up to 8 amps per fan). Alternatively, the 0-10 volt outputs and enable signals can be used to remotely drive larger fans via inverter speed controllers.
Kitchen safety can be ensured by connecting a CO2 detector which will automatically control the fan speeds and, if necessary, isolated the gas supply in the event of dangerously high CO2 levels.
The system can also deal with solid fuel applications and the recent guidance given in regard to fan control and CO detection.
